Bruschetta with sausage and stracchino cheese
Today’s recipe is bruschetta with sausage and stracchino cheese, a quick and easy appetizer for a casual lunch or dinner.
For the recipe, you will need sausage, stracchino cheese, and bread. It is not complicated to prepare. Here I personally use bread salty.

It was baked on a baguette and I must say that the result is definitely better. Obviously, the quantities have been reduced, but I find that the toasted baguette acquires a distinct crunchiness.

Bruschetta with sausage and stracchino cheese
Ingredients
- 200 g Sausages
- 200 g Stracchino cheese
- 3 Slices of bread
Instructions
- We cut three slices of homemade bread to the size we like best.200 g Sausages
- Let's put the sausage and stracchino in a bowl and mix them until the stracchino is well combined with the sausage.
- Once we have a homogeneous mixture, we spread it on the bread and add additional ingredients according to taste.
- We bake the bruschetta at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes (time is approximate check when the surface is well browned turn off).
- Now all that remains is to enjoy this delicious bruschetta.
