Mugcakes are a very simple and fast recipe to prepare. I honestly made this recipe twice before I figured out how to make it. The first time I put too much mixture in it overflowed like there was no tomorrow. I literally created a mess.
When I tried it again, it came out well. To avoid this inconvenience, I recommend using a large cup. If we don’t have a large cup, I recommend dividing the mixture into two. This will come out slightly lower, but we can still eat two!!!
I added a few drops of chocolate before heating it in the microwave so it would taste better. The cake has a much higher level of yumminess. You can add ice cream to the top so that when the ice cream melts, it will moisten our cake. For an extra sweet treat, we use Nutella or chocolate chips are much more delicious.
Allergies and intolerances are very common nowadays, and I recently discovered that I am egg intolerant, so I created a dish that is also tasty for me.
This variant of mugcake without eggs is prepared by placing a tablespoon of flour and sugar in a bowl, then pouring into 6 spoon milk. Then, add vanilla extract, chocolate chips, or Nutella for those who want to use those ingredients, and the ingredients. Add the mug and microwave it for 2 minutes.
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Spoonful of milk
- 1 Spoonful of Nutella
- Q.B. Vanilla
- Mix together the flour, sugar, egg, milk, nutella, and vanilla in a bowl and pour into a cup.
- We pour the mixture inside the cup and microwave for 2 minutes at 800 watts. After that, all that is left to do is enjoy this express treat.
